Nia specializes in individual therapy for clients with anxiety disorders, depression disorders, mood regulation disorders, trauma/stressor related disorders, and substance-related/addictive disorders. Nia’s strengths-based approach to therapy includes the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Supportive Therapy.
